On March 24, 2021, Nanos & CordenPharma signed a Memorandum of Understanding setting the basis of future collaboration.


On March 24, 2021, Nanos CEO Seon-Gil Yang and CordenPharma CEO Dr. Michael Quirmbach signed a Memorandum of Understanding setting the basis of future collaboration between the two companies.

CordenPharma is pleased to announce a new collaboration agreement with Nanos (151910 KOSDAQ) of South Korea, relating to the production of Peptides.

Nanos is a top supplier of camera modules for Samsung Electronics’ mobile phone business, but due to a relocation of their mobile business to Vietnam, Nanos’ manufacturing factory in Hwasung, Korea became available for new projects.

Through in-licensing or a large-scale direct investment, Nanos plans to transform and utilize the existing production facility to launch high value products such as Peptides, a potential agent for cancer immunotherapy drugs.
