Corden Pharma International acts as the management company of the Corden Pharma Group. Besides the Executive Leadership Team, CPI has central functions such as Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR and Corporate Development, which work for the Corden Pharma Group across locations and on an international level. To strengthen our team in the head office we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in the heart of Basel.

Function description

As our Recruitment Manager you are responsible for the whole recruitment lifecycle process for not only key positions in our Corporate Office in Basel, but also support other global manufacturing sites incl. our three sites in Switzerland (Ettingen, Fribourg and Liestal).

Main activities

  • >> Creating and writing job descriptions and advertisements
  • >> Actively sourcing of candidates using various channels
  • >> Liaise and manage selected key recruitment companies, if necessary
  • >> Developing effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing potential candidates
  • >> Conducting interviews
  • >> Accompanying line manages as a sparring partner and in the decision-making process
  • >> Preparing offer letters, issuing employment contracts and obtaining work permits
  • >> Building relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient recruiting process
  • >> Creating introduction and onboarding programs
  • >> Project collaboration for the introduction of a new recruitment tool

Desired Skills and Experience

  • >> Proven track record (at least 3 years) in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing in a similar international corporate environment
  • >> Sound understanding of the Swiss social insurance systems and work permits procedures
  • >> Excellent communication skills and understanding of the international labor market
  • >> Broad understanding of state-of-the-art talent acquisition and selection methods
  • >> Excellent understanding of full life cycle recruitment and employee engagement
  • >> Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • >> Highly-motivated, self-driven and hands-on personality
  • >> Fluent written and oral English, German and French skills
