Provides executive administrative support and handles administrative and business details for President. Handles matters of a confidential nature. Provides support in other areas as assigned.

Other duties may be assigned.

  • >> Schedules and coordinates the President’s appointment calendars, meetings and agendas.
  • >> Coordinates, compiles and edits monthly reports for ICIG management reporting.
  • >> Compiles and issues reports and status updates on site goals and other site performance indicators.
  • >> Makes domestic and international arrangements for the President and visitors; prepares expense reports; reconciles credit card statements.
  • >> Assists with PowerPoint presentation for customer meetings, town hall meetings, business review meetings and site manager meetings.
  • >> Maintains Corporate Records book.
  • >> Maintains customer contracts files and tracking system.
  • >> Prepares and distributes Leadership Team and Operating Committee meeting agendas; minutes and correspondence, and maintains confidentiality. Coordinates weekend coverage and the Leadership Team calendar.
  • >> Coordinates quarterly employee town hall meetings and employee roundtable breakfasts/luncheons.
  • >> Coordinates lodging; catering and dinner arrangements for other site visitors and potential customers.
  • >> Creates purchase requisitions; releases requisitions, and receives invoices in SAP.
  • >> Maintains and posts organizational chart updates as needed.
  • >> Responsibility for Preparation and issuance of proposals and other documents as needed
  • >> Handles intranet postings for President’s blog and site visitors’ calendar.
  • >> Performs other duties as assigned.


This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 5 years experience working for senior executive in corporate environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

This is an non-exempt position. Salary based upon the successful candidate’s qualifications and level of experience.
