International Chemical Investors Group Announces Acquisition of Corden Pharma Colorado from Roche

We are pleased to announce that on September 1, 2011 International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG) acquired a former division of Roche to join their pharmaceutical platform Corden Pharma as Corden Pharma Colorado. Under the terms of the agreement Corden Pharma Colorado will maintain primary operations in their Boulder, Colorado manufacturing facility.

With over 65 years of experience in the fine chemical and contract manufacturing industry, Corden Pharma Colorado manufactures peptides, active compounds and small molecules in an FDA approved facility.
